Originally known as Oświęcim, before becoming synonymous with the Holocaust as Auschwitz, this Polish town was predominantly inhabited by a Jewish community for over four centuries.

The Oszpicin app offers a profound journey into the Jewish Museum in Oświęcim and the remnants of Jewish heritage throughout the town, allowing users to establish a personal connection with the forgotten past of synagogues, schools, stores, and community spaces that were tragically lost to history.

Developed by the Auschwitz Jewish Center, this app serves as a tribute to the extensive Jewish history of Oświęcim that was overshadowed by the Holocaust's profound impact.
